These are some posts from my Instagram account and facebook fan page this past month. I hope you enjoy!  If you have an account please follow me at: www.instagram.com/bluedoorceramics or www.facebook.com/bluedoorceramics

Please check the new items! Mugs that I went back to making, the salad plates in cappuccino glaze, they are 8" and are fabulous with the green bowls.  I am still not sure if the mugs that feel better in your hands are the ones  with a handle for 2 fingers or, the ones  with a handle that fits 4 fingers. It was a match! What is your opinion? Please share with me on Instagram or facebook! I also made a smaller mug that is perfect for a cappucinno or a espresso, and even fits under the machines. Soon in the shop!

The oval  plates 8-9" are great for sharing at the table and the oval dinner plates 12-13" with a leaf print is also a new item.  It is flat and looks great with sushis, apetizers,  as a cheese platter or even a steak!

I am proud to annouce that the Rosewood of Anasazi in Santa Fe, New Mexico,  now carries Blue Door Ceramics!  Thank you so much for this opportunity! Now I have a huge motif to visit Santa Fe!

This summer we adopted a kitty! She is the smartest cat ever and her name is Oreo! She loves to sleep in my ceramic bowls to cool down! She took the coffee table bowl and now even the fruit bowl! How can we say say to such a sweet and smart cat?!

Hope you all had a great summer and that our kids go back to school safe and very motivated for this year of adventures! I have 3 kids in 3 different schools, a high school senior, a middle school 6th grader and a elementary school 3rd grader!

Even though school already started a week ago, it still very, very hot here in Phoenix, sometimes 109F at 11pm, so don't even ask how hot it is during the day...but I can assure you that if I leave the plates to bisque in the sun for a day it will be the same as putting them in the kiln! LOL

Thank you so much, and I will keep you posted on next sale and events. On the fall I will participate in a local art show called Hidden in the Hills. I am excited to be a part of this show for the second time! I will have an Open Studio & Christmas Bazaar in December and a Sale in the end of summer. Please encourage your friends to be my follower in social media!  Love and light to all and that....

These are some of my summer photos I wanted to share with you!
